We introduce this new section in 2019 and WOW what a wonderful response we had! Bev Binnie, our very own secretary is excited to be sponsoring the Fairy Garden Competition again in 2021!

- Garden containers must be no more than 500 mm diameter base and 500 mm height. - No artificial plants
2021 ‘Dairy Farmers’ Malanda Show Update
For the first time EVER the three-day extravaganza will be hosted in June – from Friday 25-Sunday 27th. The Malanda Show will move forward a week in 2021 due to a scheduling clash with the Townsville Show. To avoid disadvantaging exhibitors, losing support from show rides and sideshow alley and itinerants that we love, the change was a necessity.
This change will mean that the Show will be hosted on the FIRST weekend of the June School Holidays. In relation to the COVID-19 pandemic the situation will continue to be monitored and appropriate safety measures will be in place.
