2019 Malanda Show Ball
Beneath the stars of Gotham City dance the night away at the 2019 Malanda Show Ball.
The Ball will once again begin the celebrations for the Malanda Show season! In recent years the Show Ball has been a highlight on the social calendar!
We are proud to announce this years band will be the popular Careless. If you haven’t seen them perform then don’t miss out!
We’d like to encourage everyone to dress for the occasion and enjoy the formal festivities. This years Ball theme is ‘Gotham City’ and we look forward to seeing people dressed to impress! We’ve had some interest for a masquerade theme and we never miss an opportunity for some fun (this is optional of course).
Our Dairy Queen Competition will be hosted again by the Queen Committee so we’ll have the pleasure of introducing these young ambassadors.
The Ball Decorating Committee have some wonderful ideas to ensure that Gotham City sparkles under the stars. (Not literally just in the pavilion!)
Tickets will be made available in April for just $40 per person. This will include; a light supper meal (hot food, sweets table and nibbles on arrival) the band and the arranged surprise entertainment.
We are just full of surprises this year…. There will also be a cocktail bar on site at the commencement of the evening. For the first three hours everyone will be able to enjoy a cocktail or two….
A brilliant event not to be missed. You never know we might get a visit from Batman himself!
Centenary Ball Celebrations– The Malanda P. A. & I. Society would like thank all the people, the Band Out of the Blue, the Bar staff, the Lioness ladies for the great food and the Malanda Hotel and the RSL for supplying the buses to take everyone home safely all this made the Malanda Centenary Show Ball an amazing fun filled event.
