Malanda Show Queen & Princess Competition

The Malanda Show Society is currently seeking young women from the Malanda and Tablelands communities to participate in this year’s prestigious Malanda Show Queen & Princess Competition. This longstanding tradition provides an invaluable opportunity for participants to develop confidence, enhance their leadership skills, and contribute to their local community while representing the Malanda Show with pride.

Entrants will have the chance to engage in various community and show-related events, fostering personal growth and building lifelong friendships along the way. The competition aims to celebrate the dedication, knowledge, and enthusiasm of young women who are passionate about promoting the agricultural industry and the spirit of the Malanda Show.

Nominations close on Sunday 27^th April 2025. Please submit the completed nomination form and the $50 nomination fee to Malanda Show Society via email (info@malandashow.com) or to the Show Society office.

The competition features two age categories:

Princess
Queen

Each category has specific criteria, so please refer to the nomination details for the full conditions of entry.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Every entrant requires a sponsor, and we aim to make this experience mutually beneficial. Sponsors will receive recognition throughout the competition’s marketing process.

Entrants should consider how they can represent and promote their sponsors within the community. Sponsors, in turn, are encouraged to support their entrants with associated costs and collaborate on promotion efforts.
