Stall Applications

Malanda Show Society invites you to apply for space at our wonderful agricultural show.  The Malanda Show draws over 12,000 visitors through the gates over the 3-day show.  We advise you to give this your immediate attention – so that we may secure a suitable area for you.

Please consider and complete the:
– Malanda Show opening and closing hours
– General Conditions of Contract
– Site Application Form
– Application Closing Date – MAY 2026 
– Applications must be completed and returned to the Show Office with full payment by the due date.

Please note no indoor space will be available again in 2026 due to the condition of the Malanda Pavilion. We encourage vendors to apply as soon as possible so we can make it priority to allocate appropriate space.
