Stall Applications

Malanda Show Society invites you to apply for space at our wonderful agricultural show. Our Show draws over 10,000 visitors through the gates over the 3-day event. We advise you to give this your immediate attention so that we may secure a suitable area for you.

Please consider and complete the following:
– Malanda Show opening and closing hours
– General Conditions of Contract
– Site Application Form
– Application Closing Date – APPLICATIONS CLOSE 30th APRIL 2027. Successful applicants will receive notification of their site in May.
– Applications must be completed and returned to the Show Office with full payment by the due date.

Read all forms carefully as there have been changes to the conditions of contract and fill in all sections of the form, thank you. 

Please note: As the Malanda Showgrounds pavilion has been demolished, we cannot guarantee indoor space until the new multi-purpose facility is built. For the foreseeable future, sites will be outdoor only. We apologise for the inconvenience.
