Malanda Show Society invites you to apply for space at our wonderful agricultural show.  The Malanda Show draws over 12,000 visitors through the gates over the 3-day show.  We advise you to give this your immediate attention – so that we may secure a suitable area for you.

Please consider and complete the:
– Malanda Show opening and closing hours
– General Conditions of Contract
– Space Application Form
– Application Closing Date – Due to the high level of interest received from vendors, we are no longer taking site applications at this stage. 
– Applications must be completed and returned to the Show Office with full payment by the due date.

Please note no indoor space will be available again in 2025 due to the condition of the Malanda Pavilion.   We should have clarity early in the year regarding the accessibility of the space surrounding the hall.   We encourage vendors to apply as soon as possible so we can make it priority to allocation appropriate space once we have this clarity.

Please ensure that you read the information carefully and complete all sections of the Application Form. Please read all forms carefully as there have been changes to the conditions of contract.
