Malanda Show 2025 Gallery

June 27th - 29th 2025

The first weekend of the June school holidays saw locals and visitors alike heading out to see the displays and entertainment at the 108th Annual Malanda Show!

With an impressive display of local agriculture that gets better and better each year, 2025 was no exception. Animal exhibits were overflowing with 165 Stud Cattle, 95 Dairy Cattle & 88 Prime Beef Cattle on show; A number that rivals that of the EKKA in Brisbane! We also had bumper numbers in the equestrian sections with over 130 horses on site through the weekend. Goats and Poultry are always a crowd favourite and this year, we celebrated record numbers of Nigerian Goat entries, and a strong display of new exhibitors in the Poultry.

Our Show Hall was located off-site at the Big Pub, where a sized-down pavilion took place. Our first indoor exhibition since 2023, allowed local crafters and hobbyists to show off their talents in a range of sections from quilting to horticultural pursuits. Over the course of the weekend, we saw over 2,000 people visit the new ‘pavilion’ reinforcing the love patrons have for these small-town, rustic, exhibits. We plan to continue to keep this ‘make-shift show hall’ running each year to cater to those who chose to exhibit at our show.

The showgrounds were packed with entertainment, including Dinkum Dinos! A show like no other that saw Ranger Jim, along with his friends, Tickles and Ozzie perform a ‘dino-larious’ ventriloquist comedy show. Show-goers were also lucky enough to catch a dancing dino show too! Other entertainment included the ever-popular Melville’s Animal nursery, who can say no to feeding the ducks? RESTA Reptile display, Noel Giles Blacksmithing, Tablelands Dog Obedience Club ‘Superdogs’ and Bugzy Bumblee, who created a bubble backdrop wherever she travelled around the grounds.

We wish to thank our generous sponsors, and community for supporting us in delivering another great Malanda Show!

See you in 2026!
